Before you start converting your QuickBooks Desktop company file, make sure that the computer meets the requirements. Both QuickBooks Enterprise 2016 and 2017 are no longer supported.
I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they can help you through the upgrading process. They have resources that can help you through in converting your company file.
- Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact us and then enter your concern something like upgrade 2004 QuickBooks Desktop version to the latest ones.
- Select Continue and choose the best way you'll want to contact us base on our availability.
