Hi Sancus Tax. 

 

I'm providing the steps below on how to change the master admin, if you have any issues you'll want to reach out to support for assistance. They will be able to dive into your account and determine why you can't access the steps properly. 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. Select the Company Admin you wish to transfer the role to 
  4. Click on the arrow-down icon from the action column and choose Make master admin
  5. Select Make master admin again to confirm.
