I have the same issue. The shaded rows feature used to be available but was removed in the recent update. Please fix ASAP. This is a simple feature but very useful and should be included in Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020. Clearly it is a useful feature as the invoice mark-up prior to print preview has the rows shaded... Disappointing update.
