I am having the same issue. I used to have the shaded lines option and now it has been removed in the recent update.. Please fix ASAP. This is an extremely simple but useful feature that should be offered in Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020. Clearly it is a useful function because the invoice preview, prior to printing has the lines shaded... Please fix Quickbooks.
