i think that feature was removed via an update.... I've just started using QB Premier 2020.  It was printing alternating shaded lines on invoices.  An update was pushed through yesterday and now shading is gone, i don't see how to toggle it back on.    i'm not impressed.    we often have multi page invoices, it's ridiculously hard to read/follow the charges when it's all bunched up like this.   Get with it QB!
