Good morning, @djmould

Thank you for trying the steps provided by my colleague above.

I have a couple of other suggestions. The first thing I'd like for you to check would be to ensure you have Show Account Numbers enabled. You may have Enable Account Numbers turned on, but you want to make sure you have Show Account Numbers enabled as well.

1. Go to Account and Settings from the Gear icon

2. Click on the Advanced tab.

3. Make sure that Show Account Numbers is checked off.

If we find that this setting is checked off, let's try one more thing here. Let's ensure on the Chart of Accounts we have Number checked off from the Action column.

1. Open the Chart of Accounts

2. Select the Gear icon at the top right of the Chart of Accounts

3. Check off Number.

Now you should see your account numbers.

For additional details, check out Use account numbers in your Chart of Accounts.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have further questions or concerns. I'll be here every step of the way. Feel free to reach out to the Community any time you need a helping hand. Take care and enjoy your week!
