Hello DS57, I too find the QB Search tool to be utterly clumsy and frequently incomplete. I've found that I have to test it first . To test, I enter my last name in the search and see how many results I get. If there are many results, its good to go. If there are just a small handful of results, the search tool needs to be updated. See screenshot attached. In case my uploaded pic is not available to you, look to the bottom left of the "filters" area, for a link called "Update search information". The "last update" information listed there is irrelevant) Update takes a few minutes to run, but it always seems to give me a much better rate of success with my last-name-test, and subsequent real searches.
