Buy nowI chatted with support and am being told that "QuickBooks E-Mail" is outdated and no longer available. That if I don't have a subscription from before that it is not an option for me.
So I do now have my Office 2010/Qutlook 2010 working and can send emails that way. So I guess I am set. I was worried that Office/Outlook 2010 was too old. It is a non-subscription version of MS Office. But it is working. I don't know if it will work differently than the newer Subscription based "Office 365".
Are there any known issues with Office 2010 and Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019 or 2020? According to this page it looks like only the 64bit version might have issues. I have the 32bit installed: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-articles/microsoft-office-2010-2013-2016-and-...
Would using "Web Mail" be a better option than using Office/Outlook 2010?
