I'm here to assist you. Once you receive the error message, QuickBooks Desktop allows you to review the error found in your .IIF file. You can manually open the folder where the .IIF file was saved. Look for the error, and correct the problem with the file. Here's how:

 

  1. Instead of clicking the Review now button, you can select the Open in folder option to route you where the .IIF file is located.
  2. Look for the error to check the problem of the file.
  3. Correct the errors and Save it.
  4. Close the File not imported window.
  5. Import the corrected .IIF file.
