Thank you for posting here in Community, I'm here to provide additional information on how you can transfer Master Admin. You can remove your client from the wholesale billing, doing this they'll have read-only access on QuickBooks. They can get full access after updating their billing info, they also lose any discount that your firm received lastly this doesn't affect your access to their company. Then, you can transfer the master admin.

 

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon then select Billing and Subscription.
  2. On the Batch Action dropdown, select Transfer billing to client.
  3. Select Remove.

You can also add, delete, or change user access in Quickbooks online.
