I'll be glad to help you change your view setting in your Chart of Accounts, @Tim1448.
We can simply follow these to view your sub-accounts in an indent position in QuickBooks Desktop:
- Go to List and select Chart of Accounts.
- In the bottom part of the page, click the Account drop-down arrow and select Hierarchical View
- Click OK.
In addition, if you wanted to view all transactions associated with a specific account, you can simply right-click the account and select QuickReport.
