I'd also suggest getting in touch with us so our Phone Support Team will add your account to the notification list. Updates and a permanent fix to this issue will be sent via email. I'll be giving you the steps again on how to contact us:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description something like upgraded version an unable to send email. Then, select Continue.
  5. We’ll provide you a few support options which is to Call, Chat, or Get a callback. Select which one is best for you.
