We've been informed about this issue, @GMVP.

 

Our product engineers are investigating this error when sending emails.

 

Regarding your support query, QBDT is currently limited to chat only.  We have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday. Hence, you're unable to receive a callback.

 

I recommend reaching back again with our Care Support Team. They can pull up your account and add it to the investigation (INV-45546). Then a ticket is created to track all affected users. You'll receive a notification once the issue has been fixed.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose Start messaging to connect with a support expert.

Right now, you can save the sales form or report as PDF. Then email it outside QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
