Hello there, Kim2525.

 

You'll want to make sure to remove the checkmark from the Hide transactions after the statement's end date box when reconciling. Let me walk you through the steps.

  1. Click Banking on the upper menu.
  2. Select Reconcile.
  3. Click Continue.

  4. Click Reconcile Now.
