We'll have to take a closer look at this to determine why you're unable to see the transactions using the search tool.

 

In this case, please contact our technical support team. Our representatives can provide additional troubleshooting and can run some diagnosis to identify this unexpected behavior.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Help and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Let them know that you're unable to see the transactions using the search tool.
  4. Click Continue, then select if you want to schedule a callback.
