Intuit is easily the worst large company I have ever dealt with.  I have been a loyal QB user since the mid 90s.  I am a CPA and have all of my clients on it.  I even begin pushing some clients to QBO.  Biggest time dump ever.  After a while I called to see who all I had being billed for through my wholesale billing so I could in turn bill all I had put on there and they had no idea.  It took me between 20-40 hours and 8 weeks of calls to determine which of the clients were being billed to me so I could send them an invoice with documented proof.  They told me that they were unable to tell me that information.   SO IF YOU GLEAN FROM THAT WHAT I GLEAN FROM THAT, THEN THIS MEANS THEY ARE BILLING ME FOR CLIENTS AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE.  So when I ask for the record they are lost.  (They may have changed by now.  I pitched a full on assault to the President's office and other people who should have cared for many weeks.)  My point to them was this... "In theory you are the largest... best bookkeeping software company in the world and YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHO YOU HAVE BILLED ME FOR OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS?"  Their answer for almost 6 months was NO.  Amazing!

They can get paid... but that accounting stuff... eh... that may be a problem.

Not for this point only but I have moved as many as possible off of their Online platform.  It's as if kindergartners built it.

I never try to be mean but this is all just so horrible.

And yes, I am on hour five of entering 18+ new "rules" for bank feeds.  It would take less time to key the activity by hand than this crap they've come up with.
