I have spent month's chasing this down and so has our  National Team at Intuit.  Please see Case #[removed].   That was the second case submitted for this client.  We submitted a copy of our QuickBooks file as well and I spent half a day on with support just a few weeks ago.  If this has been resolved then why has no one who was on the list of client's to be notified actually get notified or why have we not received any follow up from the multiple cases we had open?  I will try again when I can again schedule time with our office manager to get logged in as admin.  Little faith that this has actually been fixed.
