Hi there, lbrande.

 

To import Webconnect files in Quickbooks Desktop (QBDT), the file should have .qbo extension. To do that, there are third-party applications in the Marketplace. Then follow the steps provided by my colleague Rea_M.

 

You can still refer to Rea's article, as it has the complete instructions on how to successfully import your bank transactions in QBDT. However, if the issue is still there, I suggest contacting our QBDT Care team to investigate further.
