You'll need to add your PayPal transactions manually for them to post on your sales reports. Let me guide you how.
- Go to +New.
- Select Invoice or Sales receipt.
- Type in the details of your transaction.
- Hit Save and close.
After that, match them to your downloaded transactions. Please see this article for details: Connect to PayPal FAQ.
