I can help you undo your reconciliation in QuickBooks, @kait_ad.

 

It could be that the Reconcile and Banking Status box was unchecked in your account's settings. This is the reason why you can't view the Box column to undo your reconciliation.

 

Let me help you modify this settings by following these steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account and select View register
  3. Click the small Gear icon beside the Export to Excel button, then check the box for Reconcile and Banking Status.

 

That should do it. You can now go back to each transaction to make necessary changes and balance them. You can also use this article as a guide: Undo and remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.

 

I also recommend reaching out to your accountant before making adjustments. This will make sure that your accounts are properly matched to your bank and credit card statements.
