If you already tried performing the steps presented by my peers above, and the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools like the screen-sharing session that can help narrow down this issue.

 

To reach them:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Tap the Contact us button.
