Since you're also getting the Unit of Measure Warning prompt, you can attempt turning it on before mapping and importing your inventory in QuickBooks. This way. we can check if it'll fix the issue. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Edit menu, then select Preferences. 
  2. Select Items & Inventory, then go to the Company Preferences tab.
  3. In the Unit of Measure section, select Enable. If you don't see the Enable button, the unit of measure is already turned on. You can toggle it and turn it off first before turning it back on.
  4. Select which unit of measure mode is right for your business.
