Since the error persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support. They have tools to check your account and resolve this for you.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your keyboard.
  3. Click Contact us.
