I'm here to help you merge your accounts, KHuihui. 

 

The prompt indicates that we're trying to merge accounts that are both linked as Online Banking or via WebConnect. You've previously mentioned that you can only see the Edit account info option. It's possible that both accounts we'll merge are set up through WebConnect. 

 

We can disconnect the account that we're merging to the account that will still be connected as WebConnect and then merge them afterwards.

 

Here's how to disconnect:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and click the bank.
  2. Click the pencil icon and select Edit account info
  3. From the Account information page, check the Disconnect this account on save box. 
  4. Click Save and Close

After merging, we can look into your bank's register to review the transactions and balances.
