Hi, @abhishekmind90.

It's my pleasure to walk you through the steps on how to customize the data layout in the Sales receipt. This way, the subtotal text will visible in the templates.

First, is open the Sales receipt that you want to print and adjust the layout. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Customer menu, then choose Customer Center
  2. Find the customer's name and double click the transactions.
  3. Hit Formatting in the upper right corner, then choose Customize data Layout
  4. In the Header, put a checkmark for both Screen and Print.
  5. Under Title, type Subaccount in the Other box.
  6. Pick Footer, then tick the box in the Print perpendicular to Subtotal and tap OK
  7. Tap Layout then drags the subtotal box and hit OK.
