I'm so very very fed up with how untalented and stupid QB support is. 20 minutes on hold to talk to people I swear have never even heard of quickbooks. 

The transition to qbo was a frigging ship show. The integration with Autotask (overpromised) was a total failure, SO THEN we were forced to transition BACK to QB Desktop (lost rules, lost templates, lost taxes...missing transactions, wrong data in the IS/BS....and the QBO to QBD Export ONLY WORKED 1 out of 3 times. 

Intuit, you get an F for being such a shipty company, pushing everyone to QBO which is a shipty product that does not work. If integrations and mapping DON'T work, then instead of saying "so simple even the dumbest moron can do it", SAY IT DOES NOT WORK. and save me 25 hours of being on hold with your CSR dummies.
