Good afternoon, @H2TackleOutdoors

Welcome back to the Community. Let's get your inventory imported into QuickBooks by going a different route.

Since we are having issues importing via an excel worksheet, I recommend trying to import using an IIF file. You can convert the excel worksheet into an IIF file by using our import kit.

Lists you can import

Transactions you can import

Export, import, and edit IIF files

  1. Sign in as an admin to your company file.
  2. Go to File and choose Switch to Single-User Mode.
  3. Make a backup of your company file. That way, if the data doesn't import the way you planned, you can restore it.
  4. Go to the File menu, and then select Utilities then Import. Select the option to Import ILF Files
  5. Navigate to your IIF file. Pick it, and then choose Open
  6. To confirm that your data has been imported, press OK

This should be all you need to get you on the right track. If you have questions about anything else or hit a snag along the way, reply to this thread. We're always happy to help. Thanks for reaching out!
