In that picture, click on "disable bank fees" it will not just automatically disable bank feeds. It will instead allow you to edit the settings of that account. When you click on "Disable Bank Feeds" you will see a screen with 2 tabs at the top; General, & Bank Feed Settings. By default you are on the general tab. click on the Bank Feed Settings tab and enter the users password for the banking site of that account, then click on the general tab. Underneath the name of the account, click the little check box that says "Subaccount of:" and select the old account. Click Save & Close, and you are done. I just had to do this with a card on my account for the same reason. Good luck!
