There's an option to easily locate the customer message, @AC2020.
We can customize the Estimates by Customer Report to find the message displayed on the estimate. Let's follow these steps below:
- Go to the Reports menu and search for Estimates by Customer report.
- Click Customize and select Rows/Columns.
- Click Change columns, then check the box in Customer/Vendor Message.
- Select Run report.
Once done, export the transaction to excel and use the command keys CTRL+F to search for keywords. This way you can easily locate the specific details on the customer's estimate.
