JessT, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I was able to contact Quickbooks support and found out that, unfortunately, this only works in Quickbooks online, and we use Desktop. We are definitely using price rules and not price levels, and the dates for each one to start was 1/1/2020, so they are definitely active. They work in the invoices, but not the estimates.

If you know of a way to get this to work, I would greatly appreciate it, but it sounds like it may not be possible with Desktop.
