Unfortunately, the link (in the first response) to the page with instructions now takes one to a"page not found" message.

I need to move my company data from QBO to QB Desktop. What is the best way to do so? Searching trough help files, I found mention  of IIF files, but no way to create them in QBO.

I can download XLSX files? Can I import theminto QB Desktop?

Please offer sggestions.
