I've checked the investigation status about this issue, and it still in progress. Rest assured our engineers are already investigating the root cause of this unexpected hitch and are working to implement a solution. 

 

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Unable to Access Workforce in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start messaging or Get a callback.

This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users. Once added, you'll receive all available updates about this on-going investigation through your email.
