It's the data file causing the issues since it relates to the multi-user connection to your server. The troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague above would fix this issue.

 

If running a file doctor won't fix the issue, I would suggest contacting our Technical Support Team. This way, then can further investigate this matter and open an investigation if some users are experiencing the same issue with yours. They can also provide further troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue and get you back to working order.

 

To reach them:

 

  1. Go to your QuickBooks Home page, then click the Help menu at the top.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help from the drop-down.
  3. Hit the Contact us icon.
