To start with, running these tolls allows QuickBooks to automatically resolve any potential data damages, like missing entries after recording them To do so:
- Go to File.
- Select Utilities.
- Choose Rebuild Data.
- Click OK.
- Go back to File.
- Select Utilities.
- Choose Verify Data.
- Click OK.
