As of the moment, you're unable to use any of the online services once your QuickBooks version is outdated. This is the reason why your Bank Feeds Center is missing. Thus said, let's update your QuickBooks to the latest released version. To do so:
- Go to Help.
- Select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Under Overview, select Update Now.
- Click Get Updates.
