Actually, in QB Desktop Pro (or any desktop version) you can export transactions by searching in the advanced find box for all transactions in the account you want to export from, limited by date or anything you want or just all transactions for that account.  Then click the Export button on the right side of the find box under Report.  See attached screenshot.
