Buy nowI took over bookkeeping from an owner. His credit card had been compromised and he received a new cc number. He created a new credit card account in QBO when this happened. The bank merely changed the card number, but views it as the same account. When I downloaded the new credit card in QBO, all of the old transactions from before the incident also downloaded. I just excluded them from the new card. My mistake. So he has 2 credit cards in QBO and the bank views them as one. I'm trying to straighten this mess out. Can I just combine the two credit card accounts into one in QBO? There is a balance owed on the old credit card, so I can't just close it.
