Can only say that Intuit is getting worse! We just tried to move from Sage 50 to QB Enterprise 19. After acquiring the application and licenses we started the conversion process that is explained online. It didn't work. We had to be on the phone more than one hour being told that we called the wrong number... the numbers all given by them! Then when I asked why the conversion software doesn't work.... all the questions came up... even after I gave them the account number, serial number and ..... my name wasn't on the account and so to protect client's data couldn't help me! Does it make any sense? No! I understand protecting client's data but this wasn't protecting anyone! I was using the server where the data is stored and offered to give remote access to it... no, only reading of a book to make things very very frustrating. Ok! Staying with Sage 50 it is! Cannot waste time with nonsense!
