To fix sales tax rounding issues between Square and QBDT, there are two options you can choose from: 

• Manually adjust each transaction needed in QBDT. 
• Create a specific "Rounding Adjustment" item to account for the differences. 

However, we recommend speaking with Square's Support to determine if there are any other options that could be more beneficial for you and your business.
