Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sharing your experience, moliwo. I’m here to help you troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

Since QuickBooks Checking is suddenly missing from your mobile app, I suggest signing out of the QuickBooks mobile app and then signing back in. This simple step can refresh the system and resolve minor glitches.

If it's still missing after logging back in, I recommend refreshing your app's data to remove any clogged or outdated information and ensure the app runs smoothly.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and select General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage and locate the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App to free up storage without deleting your app's data and documents.

If refreshing the data doesn’t resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Here's how:

  1. Delete the QuickBooks app from your device.
  2. Go to the App Store to download and reinstall the latest version.
  3. Log back into your account with your credentials.

A fresh installation can help resolve performance issues by clearing corrupted files or errors and ensuring the app functions as expected.

If the issue persists, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a web browser as an alternative. You can simply go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com and log in to check if QuickBooks Checking and other features appear correctly online.
