You can set the invoice numbering in QuickBooks Online, SandyBush.
This typically arises from a mismatch in invoice numbering settings between CLIP and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how to turn on the invoice numbering:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Gear icon settings, then Account and settings.
- Select Sales.
- Look for the Sales form content section.
- Ensure that Custom transaction numbers are enabled.
- Click Done.
By enabling custom transaction numbers, QBO will allow invoices to follow the numbering sent from CLIP without altering or generating huge default numbers.
