Buy nowI understand the importance of having an efficient and organized way to access all your sub-customers, Sarah. Please know that I’m here to assist and provide the best possible solutions for you.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently rolling out a new beta feature that may help streamline your experience. You may already have access to this feature on the Customers page in your QBO. To check, navigate to the Customers page and look for the highlighted Check out the new view with filters option located at the top of the screen. This feature allows you to easily apply filters, streamlining the process of accessing your sub-customers.
I've included a screenshot for your reference:
In this updated Customers page view, you can search for all sub-customers linked to the parent, allowing them to appear on a single screen. You can also customize the number of rows displayed, with up to 300 rows per page to accommodate large customer lists. Please refer to the illustrations below for further clarity.
Since this new feature is currently in beta testing, it’s being rolled out in stages across accounts. If the option isn’t visible on your end yet, rest assured, it will likely be available soon. You can check periodically for updates.
If you'd like to prioritize this feature or share feedback about the rollout, I encourage you to submit your thoughts directly to our Product Development team. Your insights are invaluable to us and help shape future improvements.
As a workaround, I suggest running the Customer Contact List report to access and confirm the complete list of sub-customers under a given parent customer. You can customize this report further or export it to Excel for easier sorting.
I’ll ensure this conversation remains open for any future updates and discussions.
