I appreciate joining this thread, @gregwgarrison1.

To fix the unexpected behavior in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) when selecting "Combine forms to a recipient in one email" in the send form, you can run Verify data.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Window and select Close All.
  2. Go to File, then choose Utilities.
  3. Click on Verify Data.

If you receive a prompt indicating that data damage has been found in your file, proceed to rebuild your data to fix any identified errors or damage.

However, if no error is found and the email addresses still disappear after selecting "Combine forms to a recipient in one email," it’s best to contact our live support team. They can investigate further and offer a screen-sharing session to identify the issue.

Here's how:

  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop account, go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Help/Contact Us.
  2. Choose Contact Us and enter a brief description of your issue, then click Continue.
  3. Sign in to your Intuit account, click Continue, and then Continue with my account.
  4. We will email you a single-use code. Enter the code and select Continue.
  5. Finally, choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
