The excessive AI integrations and nonstop layout changes in QBO are exhausting for business owners and bookkeepers. I work with a team spanning multiple generations, and I can tell you firsthand, these changes are wearing us down. Even our youngest staff, who usually adapt quickly, are frustrated by QBO’s focus on “fluff” instead of true functionality.

We don’t need gimmicks. We don’t want to serve as test dummies for half-baked features. What we need is reliability, consistency, and tools that actually streamline our work. Stop the pop-ups, shifting workflows, surface-level AI analyses that add no value. 

Reddit threads, and QB's user comments all echo the same plea: stop changing the basics and start improving the essentials. QBO  should build on being a dependable platform, not a playground for constant experiments. Please listen, enough is enough!
