QuickBooks Online (QBO) relies on the data provided by third-party applications. The duplicate transactions in your QBO account could be due to having two active Squarespace Connector apps. To resolve this, you can manually locate and delete them to ensure your records remain accurate.

 

On the other hand, error 590 indicates a connection or authentication issue between the two platforms.

 

For resolving error 590, please execute the following:

 

  • Verify that your Squarespace and QuickBooks login credentials are correct.
  • Ensure that the connector app has the appropriate permissions to access both accounts.
  • Check for updates or platform maintenance notices for either service.
  • Disconnect and reconnect the integration to refresh the connection.

 

If the issue persists, it may be necessary to contact the support team for the connector app for further assistance.
