As a workaround, you can follow this steps to ensure moving your data successfully:

  1. Go to Help > QuickBooks Desktop Usage & Analytics Study.
  2. Click on Discontinue.
  3. Close QuickBooks.
  4. Re-Open and Try Migration Tool steps again.
