Thank you for your response.  I have been in contact with support at both Intuit and Amazon.  They have put me in a never ending circle between them both, so no resolution there.  The app is connected to Amazon Business.  I can see this from both the QBO side, as well as the Amazon side.

 

I have tried this on both a Mac and PC, following all steps provided by support, and still no luck!  I feel this might need to visit the development team to identify the issue with this connection, as the support techs have not provided any guidance on what I can further try.
