Cody you sound like an AI robot. This guy was clear about the situation, and clearly QB isn’t listening. If anyone else wants to jump in here please do. I’m about being in solution….but telling someone they understand their frustration is a joke when they don’t get paid or have to switch companies, or when it runs havoc in their business. 

Quickbooks: Why are you afraid of accountability? Why do you farm out customer care to AI and 3rd world countries that eat up the time of small businesses while you profit by giving poor customer care.
