I have a QB file that is over a GB.  I only can get it to condense prior to a certain date.  I have tried all the recommended fixes.  I have rebuilt at least 2 dozen times and the condense process fails at step 3 of 4.  Does anyone have any third party companies they would recommend or other suggestions?
