Quickbooks Team: This would be a great report to be able to generate.  It would be helpful in a few ways, such as for our worker's comp insurance audits since planned time off (i.e., vacation time) is exempt .  For companies with PTO policies (vs Vacation time separately from Sick time), demonstrating that we track the type of (reason for) time off is important.  The date time off is requested combined with notes in our time off requests are ample to show due diligence in the process.
